Whether you’re here for your favourite flavour, trying something new or celebrating something special, we’re glad you’ve found us.

Sundae Cycle & Co. started with one ice cream bike, a love of great ice cream and an idea of bringing people together. Quite a lot has changed since then, but that bit hasn’t.

Our Adventure

Every adventure has to start somewhere… ours just happened to begin on two wheels.

With one ice cream bike and absolutely no idea quite where it would take us, Sundae Cycle was born. What started as a simple way to bring great ice cream to weddings and celebrations soon became something much bigger.

Before long, one bike became a little fleet, Hetty joined the family and our diary began filling with weddings, parties, festivals and celebrations. Along the way, we’ve met some brilliant people, visited some incredible places and been lucky enough to become a small part of a lot of very special days.

And Today…

that adventure has brought us to our very own Parlour

The Parlour gives us somewhere to bring all the different sides of Sundae Cycle together. It’s where we’ll make our own ice cream, welcome people in, host celebrations and experiences, and finally have a home for all those ideas we’re forever dreaming up.

But having a place to call our own doesn’t mean we’re parking up the bikes or Hetty anytime soon. We’ll still be out and about at weddings, parties, corporate events and celebrations, bringing Sundae Cycle to you, just as we always have.

It feels like a pretty exciting new chapter for us, and we’re only just getting started.

THE FOUNDERS

Hey, I’m Jess
A woman with glasses and earrings leaning on a counter, smiling and looking at the camera, wearing a light blue shirt and a denim apron, with a wooden ceiling and window in the background.

I'm very much a people person, so one of my favourite parts of Sundae Cycle & Co. is getting to know our customers.

From chatting through wedding plans and helping with events to serving on the day, I love being part of people's celebrations and seeing everything come together.

Behind the scenes, I'm usually juggling the day-to-day running of the business, making gelato, planning events and thinking about what we can do next. I'm definitely a details person and love finding those little touches that make an experience feel extra special.

When I'm not working, life is mostly spent with family, friends and our dogs, usually with plenty still going on in the background!

Give me anything rich, indulgent and chocolatey and I’m happy!

Hi, I’m David
A man in a blue apron and striped shirt serving ice cream to a woman in a white blouse at an outdoor ice cream stand, with a green leafy background and a white and green umbrella.

I'm the ideas person behind many of the things that make Sundae Cycle & Co. a little different.

From designing and building our ice cream bikes to creating unique event setups and dreaming up new ways to surprise our customers, I love turning ideas into reality.

I'm also the one who comes up with our more unusual flavour combinations. They're usually born out of curiosity rather than culinary expertise, so they're not always a success... but every now and then we discover a new favourite that's too good not to share.

When I'm not building, designing or experimenting with flavours, you'll probably find me out on my bike, planning the next big idea or spending time with family and friends.

Client Love

Great ice cream starts with great ingredients

Making our own ice cream has been something we’ve wanted to do for a long time, and The Parlour has finally given us the space to do it.

We make in small batches, using quality ingredients and taking the time to get each flavour just right. There’ll always be the favourites you know and love, alongside seasonal specials, new ideas and the occasional experiment that turns out far better than expected.

And because it’s all made by us, right here at The Parlour, there’s plenty of room to keep creating, tweaking and adding something new to the cabinet.

How to enjoy it

Pop in for your favourite scoop, indulge in one of our handcrafted desserts, catch up over speciality coffee, host a children's birthday party, or join us for one of our themed events and seasonal celebrations.

However you choose to visit, you'll always find a warm welcome and something delicious waiting for you.

Bring the Sundae Cycle & Co. experience to your wedding, private celebration, corporate event or community gathering with our vintage HY van or signature ice cream bike.

With bespoke packages and thoughtful finishing touches, we'll help make your event one to remember.
