The Parlour

The Parlour is our home for ice cream, celebrations and experiences. A place to get together, have fun and, of course, enjoy something delicious.

We’re busy putting the finishing touches to our brand-new space and can’t wait to welcome you in. From private celebrations and parties to hands-on experiences and special events, there’s lots to come.

Our new home

A Place To Call Our Own

Sundae Cycle started with an ice cream bike and a love of being part of people’s celebrations.

Since then, we’ve spent our summers travelling to weddings, parties and events, meeting some brilliant people along the way and watching the business grow into far more than we ever imagined.

The Parlour felt like the natural next step, a place of our own where we can bring everything together. Somewhere to create and serve our own ice cream, host celebrations, get creative with experiences and, most importantly, welcome people through the doors.

We’re still busy bringing it all to life, but we’re so excited to see where The Parlour takes us next.

Sometimes, you don’t need an occasion. Come by for an ice cream or dessert, meet a friend, bring the family or simply settle in for something delicious whenever The Parlour doors are open.

Bringing The Parlour To Life

There’s been a lot happening behind the scenes to turn The Parlour from an idea into a space of our own.

We’ve taken on much of the transformation ourselves, getting stuck in and bringing plenty of our own ideas to life along the way.

It’s been a real labour of love, with lots of DIY, plenty of decisions and probably more hours than we’d like to count, but seeing the space we imagined become a reality has made it all worth it.

We’re not quite finished yet, so here’s a little peek at what we’ve been up to along the way.
